I had a great experience at Diamonds Direct in Tysons. Andrea and Alexis were so kind, patient, and easy to work with. They really took the time to help me and made the whole process feel stress-free. The store has a huge selection, and they were able to resize my ring in just 4 days, which was amazing. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for great service and beautiful options.

This Diamonds Direct is the best place I’ve ever bought jewelry from ever. Franco and Raul the store manager are the absolute best. They took my wife’s original engagement ring and made it look brand new. We actually went there originally to have her wedding band redesigned and refitted and they did an outstanding job on both.from the design, fabrication to product delivery they were the best. To top it off I was involved in a hit-and-run in their parking lot and they pulled the security camera footage to assist me in my claim. Like I said you can’t beat these guys they are the best great quality, great work and good guys.!

I was shopping around for a few weeks and walked into Diamonds Direct. I am so glad I decided to stop by here. Not only did they have a huge selection, my (now) wife was able to find her engagement and wedding band in our first visit. We were working with Andrea who was exceptionally attentive to what we were looking for. I can't say enough great words about her. Fast forward another week of searching for my ring and I went back to Andrea and we found an amazing piece for me. She met all the timelines and went above and beyond to make sure we received the rings we wanted. I would recommend working with Andrea to anyone looking for jewelry.

If you are in the market for an engagement ring, I highly recommend that you visit Diamonds Direct, Tysons and ask for Franco! My husband and I received first class customer service from Franco at Diamonds Direct Tysons. From the first step before our official engagement, Franco walked us through the different cuts of diamonds and helped us narrow down selections for my husband to pick the perfect engagement ring. He then helped us select customized options for our wedding bands and worked with vendors to expedite the order for my husband’s band, which arrived just in time for our wedding. It’s because of this top notch service that I write this review on the day after our wedding…because we will both reflect on the lasting impression that Franco and the Diamonds Direct Team have invested to make our wedding day and the symbolic representation of our vows so special for years to come. I have the best experience whenever I stop by Diamonds Direct. Laura always cleans and shines up all my jewels perfectly - the best part it’s free since my hubby got my engagement ring from here! Fun fact we happened to stumble across nearly identical ring at Tiffany’s for $100k, so safe to say Diamonds Direct has the best deal in town!!! We found it because it’s where all the Diamond insurers send folks for replacements - best bang for your buck. Keep shinin’ bright Tysons!!

Where do I even begin. My experience with Greg from Diamonds Direct has been nothing short of outstanding. When going engagement ring shopping, it can be overwhelming, with many trying to upsell you on things that don’t matter or are barely noticeable. That was not the case with Greg Blatt. From the moment I came in, Greg took the time to get to know me, my vision, and my budget and made sure that I was taken care of. He spent time to explain to me how diamonds are graded and how to look at them closely for inclusions. He told me what mattered and what didn’t need to have exorbitant upgrades for marginal to no noticeable difference. No other jeweler I went to had me look at the diamond I was purchasing through a loupe. Moreover, I am someone who likes to see things done efficiency and getting answers upfront, and I got quotes on different options right there at my appointment. Other jewelers took weeks to get back to me. I was told timelines, and they did not just meet them, but my 4-6 manufacture only took 2 weeks and it turned out beautifully. Coming back for our wedding bands this weekend was one of the easiest decisions we have had to make getting everything put together for the wedding, but as always, we felt welcome and taken care of at Diamonds Direct. Thank you to the whole team and especially Greg who made this whole process so seamless and comfortable, could not recommend this establishment enough!
